BizPart Document is a web based system for electronic and centralized storage of documents such as contracts, manuals and policy documents. The system uses templates so that all documents will be consistent. Users can easily create new documents that are searchable and possible to export to PDF.
The system has a pedagogical approach that makes it easy even for inexperienced staff to handle documents. Templates for standard e-documents and the ability to create document categories are some of the things that help users. In order to easily distribute large documents or even whole categories the system supports export to PDF.
The type of document handled by the system is often part of the company's core and it can be essential that all employees, regardless of location, have access to the documents. With automatic backup routines and monitored server farms the information is stored in a safe manner. The company avoid costs and concerns that owning your own client/server solutions often brings.
With a web based system, users in different locations can access the same documents without the need of complex network set-ups.
