BizPart Project is a web-based tool to plan, manage and monitor projects. It covers all aspects of project flow and provides useful control over how far you have proceeded in the project.
Milestones, files, reports, time estimates and time worked quickly give control over the project. A control and visibility at the same, that helps you to complete projects within required time frames.
As with all our products is the basic idea behind BizPart Project a rapid achievement of "Return on investment". Cost efficiency is achieved when all employees for a specific project has quick access to the same information. It makes the work more efficient and profitable.
Create reports on e.g. meetings, notes, phone calls, that all in the project can take part.
With BizPart Timereport, you can also handle time reporting on various activities in the project.
Analysis in the form of graphs and charts gives the basis for workforce planning.
Create and distribute tasks to be performed. Tasks can be assigned to users and provided with status, category, start and end date and estimated time. Comments can be continuously logged on the task to see what has happened since last time.
By managing support requests and bug reports separately you get a clear overview and statistics on these. Submission can be done by project users, but you can also give the customer the right to this.
Create reports to document events in a project, such as appointments, notes and phone calls. So that all project members can monitor communications and events in a project.

A project belongs to one account and an account can have one or more projects. This simplified account management is included in BizPart Project. For a complete CRM functionality BizPart CRM is recommended, fully integrated with BizPart Project.
Manage files on a project. User's permissions control what he or she can read and edit. The files can be categorized in folders created by users.
