Surveys are an important way to get a picture of a specific audience and its opinions and habits. This may involve for example, comments on a particular product or service or questions about lifestyle and preferences. BizPart Survey is a system used to manage surveys and analyze the respondents’ answers.
BizPart Survey stores questions and statements in a questionnaire bank. Over time, a source of good questions and statements that can be easily reused in new polls is created. This makes it easy for organizations to build constructive surveys and studies that provide useful and affordable information for your business.
BizPart Survey provides a range of powerful reporting tools that the company can use to analyze the answers. Reports can be tailored entirely to your needs.
Send out questionnaires by mail or email. The system handles both and gives the same results.
Respondents receive e-mails with information about the survey and a link where they fill out their survey.
Save reports to a PowerPoint slide show.
Give the project a name and enter a description. You can also select the language for the project, affecting the statements, the category names and other words in the survey.
Statements are created in a questionnaire bank and can be categorized. You can also add unique statements for a specific survey.
Respondents are stored in the system with name and e-mail. The list can be edited and to a certain project respondents can be deselected.
Respondent will receive an e-mail with information about the survey and login information to the form.
Automatic reminders to those respondents who have not yet replied.
Respondents can be divided into different categories to easily match any survey with the right respondents.
