System Verifications needs

System Verification is working with test and test management in various stages of product- and systemdevelopment, and has over 100 employees, consultants. To handle the large amount of consultants work time that they charge their customers, they used to use, just like many other companies - Excel files. This was a time consuming and complicated way of registering work time. In particular since, the consultants often find themselves working out of the office. Therefore, availability was a high priority when they started looking at alternative solutions. System Verification was looking for a supplier with high development competence and many years experience in systems development and project management and they chose us, Alien Interactive and our products BizPart.

The solution

The work took the form of a project in which the Alien Interactive was driving from start to finished product. We recommended BizPart Time report, which is a complete, web-based tool for time reporting, both for employees and management. The tool can be used by all companies with employees who report time, such as employment agencies and different consulting firms. Because the system is web-based an internet connected computer becomes an effective tool for the employees and there is need for complicated installations and settings to access your corporate network.
