Get a good overview of the daily activities in BizPart Booking. It is an effective system to easily book meetings, courses and other activities and events. Both for individual employees and groups of employees. You can also book resources such as conference rooms, vehicles, computers and projectors.
BizPart Booking is web based and does not require any software being installed. This means that employees always have access to the booking system from any internet connected computer. Bookings can be managed on business travel, at home and even from your mobile phone with a web reader and Internet access.
The Booking system is structured around clear symbols and menus that are easy to understand and makes it easier for employees to use. The transparent home page includes shortcuts to quickly and easily create new bookings and events. In that way, even inexperienced users becomes productive employees
With groups, event information is effeciently spread to the participants and registrations are easily handled.
With an orderly booking schedule unnecessary double bookings are avoided.
A simple and accesible planning means an efficient use of company resources.
Here you can manage, for example, meetings, courses, lectures and various activities.
Resources can be conference rooms and other facilities, vehicles, computers, projectors and more.
You can specify the maximum number of participants for an event which the system then compares to recieved requests. When the number is reached the system denies further reservations. You can also specify mandatory participation for an event and then send regular reminders to those who have not yet signed up.
The system's home page provides both users and administrators with a clear view of all booked events and resources.
By creating groups of participants to an event it will be easier to administer any reservation messages.
